There are many paper airplane design pointers that you can learn from the illustration. The first is that the nose is heavier that the usual paper airplane design. There are many folds that help add to the weight of the nose.

The world "best" can have very different meanings for different people. We're not saying this particular paper airplane design is the best. But it is fairly easy to fold, flies well and can go the distance. It can also widthstand the force of a high speed throw.
